From November 13–15, 2025, Picman Media provided documentary-style event coverage for the The Arc National Convention in Charlotte, North Carolina, hosted at the Sheraton Charlotte Hotel and Le Méridien Charlotte hotel complex.

This multi-day national gathering brought together self-advocates, professionals, families, and leaders from across the country to celebrate 75 years of advocacy while looking ahead to the future of inclusion, leadership, and meaningful change.

Our approach focused on people over branding—capturing authentic moments of connection, learning, and accessibility in action. From arrivals and general sessions to breakout discussions and community events, the sizzle reel highlights diverse representation, warm interactions, and the everyday realities of inclusive spaces.
